Visit Longer Than Intended?

We work on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Your drop-off time is not your actual start time. Some fur babies require extra love and attention. Some can be handicap, injured, aggresive, matted, etc. This can delay time catering to others. Please be patient as we try to give you the best service possible. Regular drop-off times are between 8am-10am

In a rush? We highly suggest the Express Service to skip the line for an additional $25. Check it on your spa sheet and mention it to our friendly staff.
